cant get into chat

we have a new laptop and at 1st was able to use the chat rooms but now 4 some reason everytime we try to log into chat it just freezes 4 bout 5 mins then un freezes but we still in the choose a room section if that makes sense

any help would be great cheers

google flash player, many new computers need loads of updates when they are first used as the software is often out of date

Try using firefox, and clearing our your cookies.......if all else fails..kick it.
