As a single male it's a nice compliment, as it's arguably more valuable.

I genuinely don't see why people upload the same pics again or ask others to fab their pics, really a bit sad if it's just attention seeking.

If a woman gets thousands within the space of 12 hours, surely that isn't as nice as getting one fab from a particular guy they actually like?

So in short, yeah it's nice

I think a Fab is just a compliment so yes they are nice to receive and also it's nice to Fab someone that catches your eye.
