That is up to the person who is giving it - since they are the one at most risk. I have had casual partners who prefer to use dental dams and I've never found it a problem. But then again I don't really like receiving oral sex so it's not generally an issue. |

Yes it is psychological. Does that make it less valid?
Without a condom, I worry about semen being in my mouth, or hitting the back of my throat. I worry that it will make me gag and vomit. Even the thought of it being a remote possibility makes me want to be sick.

I'm guessing the risk is slim as most clinics seem to be scrapping oral swabs.... I like to get mine done but not all clinics are now offering this...

It depends on the brand and style of the condom, never had one in my mouth but I guess they all taste different but from a males point of view you can get quite sensitive condoms where you feel all if not most sensation through it, think it is up to the person performing oral what would make them feel more comfortable but the person receiving to provide what condom feels best for them. |

Tbh I think a bj without condoms is fine as long as you get tested orally as well as vaginally at your 3 monthly gum clinic visit. Oh - and if you're honest and tell them you're a swinger- you usually get extra free condoms! xx |

See I don't think people get tested enough. We technically Go every 2-3 weeks as We stagger ours... And mostly Go every 4-6 weeks each.... Ie Lee goes and I go 2-3 weeks afteer x
