Obscuring faces in pics

I know this was dealt with recently, but I can't find the thread. Could anybody please advise on how to obscure faces in pics? Thanks.

Put a bag over your head before you take the shot!

.. Or use free cloud based photo editing software such as Canva.

I do it with a app on my iPhone/iPad called touch blur

Just about any decent photo editor has a blur tool. Or photoshop a rectangle on the bits you want to hide
