I have to admit, I love running myself and it really 'helps me along' when I see women in their running gear, trying not to be too obvious isn't easy though. Even better when they're 'glowing'.

I think it's the fact they're running as much as what they're wearing. I personally love curvy women so women wearing lycra or even the fitted jogging bottoms look wonderful. Confidence is so sexy-a woman confident enough to wear it without worrying about what others may think really does it for me.
Double standards though as I wouldn't wear it... |

i am more for cycling myself as it easier on my knees,but i follow many a woman cyclist for miles just to watch from behind!. 
one was warming up for a midweek 10 miles time trial and asked me to ride as a 2 up with her and she did her fastest time ever that night!.  |

I love to see a lady I lycra. She has to look the part. To top it all off I love it when you see the camel toe lol. Mwah.
There is a lady at my gym who wears really tight stuff and flirts with all the guys, she bend over for about five seconds when pcking stuff up then always turns round to look. The faces on the men in there. I will admit I have been caught once or twice by this lady but heyhoo it's worth the glance |

Whenever I've gone out in my running bottoms (fitted but not quite lycra) I just get loads of builders in vans hurling abuse at me-not the kind of attention I want. Mind you it is nice when women check you out - so rarely happens in civvy clothes. Makes running(almost) worthwhile for the little ego boost it gives.
Women in any sort of sporty gear just look really hot to me. Gym might be even better as they'd be on the treadmill next to you rather than running in opposite direction (that's usual for me) and gone in 20 seconds.
