So now the summer is nearly upon us.....do any of you love ladies look to wear an ankle chain? (And not just as a fashion accessory - we all know the real reason!)
Also if you are a wearer...have you ever been approached.

Another myth........
to go with the pampas grass, fab lollies, the tooth fairy and santa claus.
'some' may use the ankle chain as a sign, but I'd wager more wear them because they like 'em. |

Dont think its a myth given what is said online....not heard of the prostitute meaning....but it allegedly does indicate the lady is a 'Hotwife'....especially with letters or trinkets.
But do agree majority wear as jewellery |

Me and all my friends wore them as teenagers and on the right ankle mostly. We would have been surprised if someone approached us in that way |

i dont think it is a myth...some know about it and some dont. There are a lot of site out there selling ankle chains with MMF on them etc.
As with everything on here....each to there and never judge.
Personally i think they look tremendously sexy, either way. |

IRL I wear an ankle chain purely as jewellery and is in no way meant as a swinger symbol. I have been wearing them since I was a teen, long before I started all this.
But I do have a MFM symbol ankle chain which I wear just to clubs. |

If, as you say, the majority wear ankle chains as jewellery rather than to indicate that they are swingers, then it is a myth.
It is as certain a sign as pampas grass.
Most (and I accept not all) swingers prefer discretion in any event and would not want to advertise their involvement in the scene. |

It's also become an indication that you may be a "hotwife" or in a cuckold relationship.. Not quite sure how or why that happened, but it seems quite common amount hotwives...
I like them and yes have been approached and caught a few cheeky knowing looks when wearing one!

Ive always worn ankle chains and have never been approached 
Always on the right ankle too.. Mainly because I have a beautiful tattoo I done on myself on my inner left ankle and thats beautiful enough that it doesnt need jewellery

Don't know about which ankle but my Grandad always told us that a woman who wore an ankle chain was a whore. Lol. He was disguised when my Mum got one and wore in front of him. She was 45 at the time. Lol. Miss C. Xx |

100 years ago only prostitutes wore lip stick or rouge, but that's definitely not the case now, I think the ankle chain is similar. It's not a myth exactly, but it's no longer a sign of anything. (Just like a guy having his ears pierced in a certain way is no longer a sign of being gay etc.) |

Not a myth, plenty of hot wives wear the ankle bracelet. A lot of cuckold couples the wives will wear one. I have met many hotwives who have worn them and they wear them for one reason only.
I also approached a lady who was wearing one (she was with her husband and had great legs and heels) I was waiting in a departure gate lounge waiting to board a plane to a Business meeting. I sat beside them and said 'I loved the chain, very unusual, that I knew a couple where the wife liked wearing one' giving a knowing smile. Got a knowing smile back. Got chatting in general and found out where they were staying at their destination. Guess who happened to be in the hotel bar that evening! What me and hubby did to her that evening will live with me forever!
Always on the look out for an ankle chain wearer and a well turned heel. |
