I treat people on here how I would face to face. I give mutual respect. How many people recieve abusive messages?

Is this site becoming more aggressive?

Not very often nowadays!

But if I do, I just laugh, report, block then carry on with my day

Whilst pregnant we received some vile messages asking why we were on here if we are pregnant, asking if my partner was sure he was the father, and some real vulgar things I wouldnt even like to repeat. Unfortunately, there are many people on here who are of age in years but not of mind.. We had never even spoke to the bloke before!! There is just no need!

Thats disgraceful. An awful lot of keyboard warriors/fantacist on here. It draws all of the badness from the internet.People forget its about fun, exploring new things and having a laugh

I must admit i am shocked at the amount of times i hear this! anybody male or female sending aggressive or abusive mail should have their profile deleted asap! Just wrong!

Is it the water in some areas??

When i speak to ladies on here they have told me it generally is men who go all in at first then get aggressive after.

It implies to me they dont do foreplay they just stick it in ha ha

I only tend to get a abusive messages after sending a thanks but no thanks message, I tend to not reply and block now which saves me getting abuse lol

Lets face it. Men dont hold the cards on here, the aggresive messages i think come from rejection they may either me use to or not

Based on my experience of FABs the ladies on here are more blunt but not nasty with it.

We had one today.

Message was very much something we would be interested in, right up until the last line, which basically called us out as being cowards if we didn't contact the sender.

Shame really cos we were do ready to reply until we read that last line. . .

I've had a few; generally after I've sent a polite 'thanks, but not for me' message ! Not just from single men, but couples and women too! Such is life!

I would never send a nasty message. It's not in my nature. But I've received one or two from women and a couple on here in my time. That's what the block function is for.

Oh I love abusive messages fair makes the time fly when I'm at work

I never block I find it more fun to play with them for a while

It usually ends up with them apologising saying I have a good sense of humor and asking if we can meet

that's when I just ignore them and watch them get really pissed off

got one the other day ..guys been askin to meet for a while and wanted to meet that nite ..i told him i post on my status when im free to meet .. said it was my loss..a slight under current of anger..

another time a guy threatened to

" stuff my panties down my throat till i turned blue" .. because i took a few hours to reply to his messages ..there were lots and i was getting annoyed at the amount he was sending..

We received one just the other day because we didn't reply to a message which was telling us to accept a friends request from a couple because we'd get along. Read their profile which for us was a bit hostile and decided not to reply. Aggressive follow up about manners and rudeness and a block from them, just another day at fab.

The most abusive message we ever received was a lady sending us '???' when we politely declined a meet, so pretty mild really.

Impossible to say if Fab is becoming more or less abusive, but suspect it's exactly the same as it always has been.

I get this too so have stopped replying if I am not interested. Just hope there is no limit to how many people you can block!
