Either. I'm used to uncut though.
Only ones i don't like are dangly foreskins because i love giving oral but danglies choke me in a bad way, have tried them twice and hate it and not gonna shove another one of those in my throat again. |

I'm from the US so I'm used to cut (and I find it a bit more visually appealing and easier to suck), but having said that, all the guys we've met here have been uncut and I like that too!

Ditto...though I dislike long foreskins and those that won't go all the way back, and they must be very clean underneath. |
