Personally, I think it os always best if she does actually know about it.
Theres a word that springs to mind that is associated with doing it without someones permission, but the word escapes me at the moment, hang on though, I think it's comming to me now.

Nobody should ever film anyone without their consent, or take photographs of them. Saying you prefer it if they knew, suggests that you probably would still go ahead if they didnt.
Im quite horrified actually at this thought. Who knows what could happen if anything like that ever got out onto the internet, it could ruin someones life. Im sure its a criminal offence too  |

I originally clicked this post becuaseci was untitled tonknow what filing sex was.
Now I have read the post and the comments, I'm horrified by it. Some people are quite happy with the sexuality but many like their personal lives kept as such. Filming someonexwithput their consent is plain wrong.
Nowt wrong with filming with consent and keeping that private between the agreed adults but doing it without their consent, that's just plain perverted. Sickening... Sorry but it is. |

have I wandered into a parallel reality?? if someone filmed me without either my knowledge or consent then (if it was a female), I would be using their tits as lampshades or if it was guy then I would be using their balls as Christmas tree decorations or earrings!!!! |

It was the typo that drew me in, I mean if you have anal with two men and a woman and then three more cum and squirt on her face then she posses everywhere, filing that would be a nightmare, even redtube and youporn struggle to get that right damned if I'm letting my iTunes organise it, would file it all under family holidays or something.

The OP probably hasnt expressed himself clearly enough and I admit some of his replies were a bit like riddles
But when he said, Id prefer her to know - did immediately lead to the conclusion that he might still do it regardless. of course he didnt say this but once someone questioned that, then it led to the whole host of replies that its received. I am guilty of not reading all replies in a thread, I tend to go to the last reply, so miss half of it in the middle etc, and all of us are capable of reading something and putting our own slant on it.

It was all a bit of hit and miss wasnt it. firstly with the mistyping of the thread name, so everyone had an image of filing cabinets to start off with and then just an obscure sentence that I didnt actually understand.
It might have looked better if it had been written like this:-

That is the problem with the written text, if you do not write it properly people with always read it their way, and unfortunately the way I read was 'is it ok to film without knowledge' as they wanted the other party to look into the camera as if they were in a porn movie'....to me that is how I read it as that was the way it was written, other than that, no apologies from me. |

If you make a "home movie" of yourself/friends/lovers/partners, they MUST be made aware of it...
However, I have been in a situation (many moons ago) where I wasn't made aware of filming at a party until AFTERWARDS, along with the rest of the guests. We were then all told that this had been filmed, shown the footage (we were all there for over 36 hours as part of the party deal) and told we were free to immediately delete any part we were not comfortable with, so if you didn't want yourself on there at all, this was deleted, or if you simply wanted the parts where you were identifiable deleted then this was done...
This was done in the very early 1990's though, the recording material extremely easy to control (ahhh the grand old days of the VCR!) and therefore the end result was totally under our control...
Now? No, I would be furious, with live streaming etc available I would never know what to believe or trust... There are ways around that if you are looking for an unaware filming, the idea can be discussed and decided many days/weeks/months beforehand, limits talked about and imposed, with no-one knowing when, or if it is ever likely to happen - that could work...
Another point though... If you do make the consensual home movie - ALWAYS make sure everyone involved knows EXACTLY what you intend to do with the footage, and stick by what you promise, coming across myself on rudetube or similar with filming I thought was for personal use only would have me round your house with an axe! |
