seems to us that there seems to be more fake couples on here the other night my GF was asked if she was a single girl and thats what prompted me to write to see if anyone else has been having these sort of comments, My gf goes on most nights and i go on during the day when im off work, I would like it if the fakes could be led out please |

This problem is very easily solved. Our profile says;

Just because people won't meet you, doesn't make them "fake". It's more likely to be that you're not what they're looking for. There are a large number of single guys on this site (compared to couples/women), so this means you have to be patient, and make sure that you 'stand out from the crowd'. |

Define fake?
My definition of a fake single fem profile would be one set up by a male to deliberately deceive people for some reason.... And in many peoples experience they are set up by males. So, maybe if some of the males left then some of the 'fake' females would 'leave' with them

I wouldnt say they are fake, but what i would say is, there are some single women who confuse this site with a dating site.
Example i had one who sent me a message saying i like your profile etc, so i replied can you tell me a bit more about you etc as he profile was a bit bare(no feedback and 1 photo).I then got a message back saying i can't be a gentleman because i didnt put x on the end of the message. I dont normally put x at the end of any message i send unless i know that person or have chatted to them for a while.

Well I'm the male half of a couple and although the missus and I have had a few experiences over the years, we've not been on the site long and have had plenty of interest. Quite often though and because our time is quite precious, we may not reply or correspond as much as we'd like. Added to that, there are times (how can I put this politely?) that the missus us even less interested than normal. There are the odd occasions that we like to have sex without anyone else involved. Doesn't happen that often but it's nice when it does!
The other thing to consider with couples is that on a site like this, there will inevitably be more singles guys than couples and single women. Combine that lot together and well, you don't need me to explain.

when people say they they never get replies to messages it does make me wonder what on earth it is that they must be sending.
even back in my early days on here when I would just mass message loads of people with a copied-and-pasted message (albeit what I considered to be a good c&p message) I got a few replies - maybe 1 in 20.
These days that I am a bit wiser and much more selective, I seem to get some form of reply to about 3 out of very 5 I send.
Its easy to blame other people for a lack of success, but the real culprit is usually much closer to home |
