If it's painful it's because you are too tense. Obviously the idea of your Dr fingering you shouldn't be sexual... But it shouldn't hurt either...
As for full anal. With lube (plenty) and patience (even more) it can be a fantastic experience.
(better than a strapon.... Though I like those too)
So whoever is receiving should be in charge so it's better to push back then let them ram home....

Painful anal means your not relaxed try female laid on her side needs brought up to her chest man behind and slowly slowly if it starts to hurt don't pull out stay completely still until the pain goes and slowly slowly go again! I've managed to take my other half now as you can see from my pics he's fairly big!

I find using butt pluggs before anal sex helps a lot. Also use plenty of lube and just relax. It also helps that whoever is fucking me takes it slow and not just slam it in |
