I heard that too, well I must be an exception as mine are 36GG and extremely sensitive. Medium sized areolas.

Mine are small and very sensitive (lucky enough to be within the 5% who can come from nipple stimulus alone) and become very hard.

However my personal preference on a female is medium and I prefer darker nipples to mine also X
