Partner swapping, or sex involving more than 2 people (not necessarily all participating), accompanied with a belief in non-monogamy. Also treating sex as a recreational activity.

T'ain't a lifestyle in my opinion. That's defined by more than one thing it might be part of (e.g.) a hedonistic lifestyle so would entail enjoying oneself in varying self-indulgent ways including casual sex. |
