Well it assumes that there is a connection/attraction, I'm not interested in convincing anyone of doing something they don't want to do.
So, nothing different from normal, except understand that they may be a little more nervous and therefore may require some reassurance. Or they may not.
Hopefully the experience itself would convince them to try more.
