How often do you freshen up your profile pics? Quite often get pics sent that are
5 or more years old, which can be very misleading..people change a lot in that time. |

Some of mine are quite old (I've been on here since 2008), however, I've not changed that much and it's difficult to think of themes when you are only taking solo pics.. |

Our plan is not to have any pics on that are older than a year.
If anyone sends us pics that are older than a year - we're not interested. As you say people change over time. Can change quite a lot even in one year.

I don't refresh mine often because I have them taken professionally which is an expensive habit plus I still resemble them... However I will probably have more done soon to celebrate my landmark birthday |

I don't think you need to think of themes it's about recording the changes as inevitably there will be some. We had a bad experience once meeting a guy. On his profile pics he looked great.When turned up he was nothing like them. A full head of hair had changed to a wisp and a full set pf pearly whites disappeared and left a mouth like a demolition site..once traumatised makes us very wary.  |

We try to add at least a pic a day from our vast private collection, not all brand new, but definitely do not lead anyone astray …..  |

Most of my pics are from earlier this year. Some older.
I'm not really bothered uploading any new ones for now. Even for the daftest of forum photo challenges I seem to have something appropriate already on my profile  |

I have a mixture, some very recent and some older. I've not had any complaints that they aren't a true reflection of me! If I send a face pic it's always very recent. |

I like to rotate my photos all mine are within the last 10 months although I go through slight changes - Lean bulking and cutting but I never look completely different I like adding new pictures |
