We’re new to all this and quite shy. We’ve had successful social meets but can’t seem to get to the next level.
How did you feel your first time and how did you get it to evolve? |

Sometimes you have to take the lead and confirm it isn't just a social meet the other people could just be being polite with you.
With a couple on a social meet I always let them take that much of the lead. I've even been going enough to offer them the chance to chat about things in private |

Meeting for a social means just that to most people , so make it clear that a meet is only a social to begin with , and may well end up becoming a play meet if all parties agree .
We were swinging for over seven years before taking a break , and never had a social ! It was always agreed that we would have fun if we all clicked , which almost always happened . |
