It will just keep you hard for longer and stop it going soft. Suppose it also gives confidence as you don't need to worry about any problems. Important to note it doesn't get you hard, you need to be turned on for it to have any effect.

As long as you are in good health- no heart or breathing problems then its fine. Don't expect to just get an instant boner 20 mins after taking it, it just means that when you want to get hard- you will get hard (unless you have a serious problem- then see your doctor)
With all drugs: always read the booklet inside and be sensible |

Yes the real ones, v v very bad headache and sore joints"
I have some non real ones and they work very well other than just after taking one 15-20 mins or so I sometimes feel a bit warm in the face , other wise , ok x |

I have some blue diamond pills , there good I feel , my main problem is not that I don’t get hard but after a bit of for play maybe upto 30-40 minutes things start to soften and doesn’t get back hard very easily, these pills keep me hard all the time and usually help me last longer when actually shagging , which is always a bonus x |

I use viagra and cialis and the viagra clones. Side effects worse with viagra I use a nasal spray beforehand and headache pills help. I also was given a blue similar shaped pill that did nothing so no idea what's in it and could not identify it. Viagra works for 2 to 4 hours and works inside around 30 to 40 minutes on an empty stomach. Cialis has less side effects is as effective and lasts longer at least a day. However in both cases I have still experienced some disfunction due to simply not being aroused by the situation. My female partner swears by her Spanish fly! |

If you get any of these side effects stop taking it and see a doctor.
