You’re not meet verified so you can’t leave one, neither would they if in the same situation, nor can you if you’ve used the same internet connection.

You have to be verified to leave a verification and if you've ever shared an internet connection, (with someone you later want to verify) you can't do it.

It's to stop someone creating 2 profiles and verifying each one themselves.
