It is indeed! Almost back to normal as the UAE went at it hard and heavy.

Why is Dubai on Red List if back to normal?

We would love to go but UAE still on the red list!!

We usually try to get out there a couple of times a year! Next one is due at the end of August so we are hoping it’s off the red list by then!

Anyone living here know the rules if a UK citizen flies into Dubai can they go to an Abu Dhabi hotel or do we need extra tests/restrictions if we enter Abu Dhabi? We are due to fly to Dubai at the end of this month, currently have Rixos Saadiyat Island booked but may need to change it to a Dubai hotel if Abu Dhabi is a no go!

Im due to fly out mid august...from what i saw abu dhabi is a no go for foreigners unless you have a test in dubai plus i believe you have to quarantine.

Different emirates have differing rules as they are goverened by their own emirs (royalty)

Hi again

There are extra tests required. You need a negative PCR from Dubai to enter Abu Dhabi

Then two additional tests in Abu Dhabi depending on length of stay

Waiting on clear PCR test before relocating back to Dubai again this week.

Came home in November due to Covid so I'll be glad to get back out there and back to normality.

You will require isolation for 10 days (7 if UAE vaccinated). You would require a 'tracker'the entire time.

Better off sticking to dubai until the 10 days (or 7) are up then transit to Abu Dhabi. You then need a PCR to cross over followed by 2 test while in Abu Dhabi... which are day 1 and day 5 (these change with the tide).

"Better change to a Dubai Hotel then!"

Check Emirates and see what they say for covid rules. Its much more simple than Abu Dhabi!

I'm currently in Dubai waiting to head to Abu Dhabi
