Tourists arriving in Thailand on or after the 1st March must complete a “Thailand Digital Arrival Card” (TADC) form on line at:

https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home.

at least three days before their arrival. They must show the resulting confirmation email when they arrive in Thailand.

On the 19th April the website was up, but not fully functional. Android and iOS apps will become available.
