Haarlem lovely place to visit or stay lived there for 9 years. Ps not Harlem USA before that reply comes. About 15 minutes from Amsterdam central on train.

Your best bet is to attend a local swingers club,
If you're based in Amsterdam the best one we can recommend nearby is Fata Morgana, it's 20 minutes from the city
