The flight is tempting to me, plus a cheeky week away is awfully tempting. Been looking at a cracking all~inclusive hotel smack bang on the beach, may well treat myself for 7 nights. |

You can get a taxi to a forest full of wild monkeys and they will eat nuts or banana from your hand.
There is also a pond of wild crocodiles you can touch.
There is an amazing number of birds for such a small country and you can have a boat ride through the mangroves. |

I have a colleague in work from Gambia.
He has told me that whenever I intend going there, his brother will play taxi for me for as long as is needed and he will show me all around for as long as I need him to.

I have a partner who lives there permanently. We have started renting it out to holiday makers and he does fishing with them or is a guide for any other trips they want. We call it "live like a local" with traditional food in a village roundhouse. |
