Nice hotel on Playa Dorada that.
If you have never been to the North coast of the DR before - it may not be exatly what you are looking for.
Playa Dorada is a big horse shoe shaped complex. There are obviously two entrance/exits.
Coming out of the "staff" entry - right across the road is a Adults only hotel, I think its currently called Field Of Dreams - in there you will find a small hotel, around 22 rooms, with a resturant on site.
They will have some "female entertainers" who may well meet your needs.
For a entertainer for an afternoon of fun - will cost you around £40 ish for a couple and around £10 for the on site room.
Also - take a trip to Sosua - this is the next town along from Playa Dorada - around 20 mins - but dont take the taxis that are on site - walk to the end of the complex and flag down a gua gua - this will cost you and your other half around £1 to get to Sosua - or a taxi from the taxi "mafia" - around £20 for the same trip!

Happy to answer any further questions you have on the north coast of the dr - we lived there for a while and still have many friends out there.
Depending on how adventurous you are there is so much you can do - don't listen to the Thomas cook reps who tell you it's not safe to leave the compound - it really is - just don't be flash with loads of gold on.
The locals are very friendly and with about 2 years on the island we had no problems at all and discovered a good half of the country
Be very careful if casinos are your thing - they are rigged
Have a look at dr1 dot com for loads of info on the north coast - non of that info is sex related though
