I've been in Ibiza for the past week. I'm not aware of any swingers hotels here. I did go to the one and only swingers club on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The nights got progressively better with Saturday being the best as in most swingers clubs. If you book online you can save 10 Euros on each entry. The club name is Beverly but you'll have to do a search as I'm not allowed to post the website here. The search will find several dead links from the previous owners but keep looking. Have fun on this wonderful island.
