hi,were either going to stay in pdi/maspalomas or head down to cap d`agde depending on favourable replies or interest.can anyone suggest somewhere we can park and pay for our transit camper for a couple of weeks here? either in or adjacent to pdi or maspalomas? anytime is acceptable for the right spot. it dosent need to be a camp site,were self sufficient so it could be a quiet layby or up your driveway.we just want somewhere to park and kip in the van as we assume we will be out all day and most of the night,though somewhere with the option of a handy shower etc would be nice.anyone have an option and a price? alteratively were open to a cheap,,with cheap being the relevant word room somewhere handy.feel free to message us..it goes without saying that were well up for fun and frolics with the right people  |

Don't know about the legal side of this but a lot of camping vans park near CITA. It's at the beach end of Avda de Francia just pass CITA near an open space we think is called Calla Granada. It's an uncharged car park but there are always campers there. Hope that helps. |

Sorry forgot to add, the shower issue could be a problem. But there is a public shower facility in Shopping Centre Anexo 2 about 5 mins walk away. |

Just been reading the thread about driving & camping to PDI in Gran Canaria, the ferry from Cadiz to Las Palmas takes 40 hours and 45 hours going back you may need to bear in mind for the time spent getting to/from the island, and costs over £1,000 return just for the ferry. Sounds a great thing to do though. |

Me and Higgs are going on road trip to cap d agde from manchester in july .. u can join us if u ll be going to cap d agde .. 2 cpls and 2 caravans sounds intresting lol .. it is just an idia ..lol
Gran canaria ll be too far away for the road trip for us .. we just get the flight 130 pounds return .. and acomd 170 pounds per week in april .. |
