we had no problems at all with the locals, it's a great place we really enjoyed our time there. I wouldn't say that it is expensive don't forget that taxes are lower than the UK so many things are less expensive. go and enjoy it! |

My Dad was born in Guernsey so over the years I have been and I have distant relatives there.
Its a lovely little place, charming, pretty and quaint but with quite a 'yachty' culture. The locals are friendly - its quite British. |
