Just seen this place advertised and wondered if an fabbers have been there, or can tell us anything about it???....Looks like the old lamirage before they moved to the current place???

We went for a look around last month, it has been refurbished to a very high standard, everything is new, Jacuzzi, playroom, outside beds, nice pool and bar area. Hope they do well, we will definitely have a look for next year's visit, www.venus-resort.eu

We went there for one week.The bungalows have been recently refurbished and looked nice. But that was nearly all. The water in the Jacuzzi seemed to be very dirty so nobody tried it. The Sunday-BBQ was very poor.The quality of the meat was low and the salads they bought in LIDL (cheap)
The offer of the poolbar was very limited(everything was cooked in a fryer in smelly oil).
Everthing seemed really bad organised.
Also they allowed a intrusive single guy to live in one of the bungalows.
We felt a bit uncomfortable about that.
In Cita-Center we met Olaf the former manager,we know now for some years and he told us that he was demissed after some serious arguments with the owner, who wasnt very interested in the guest complaints and the quality of the service.Olaf had some trouble whith guest because of the 360 degree internet camera from where also the pool / play area could be watched.But the owner refused to take it off.
We wont try it again.There are better places. |
