It makes me laugh that people believe that once you get a veri you will instantly be trusted and get a meet 
How about putting the same amount of effort into getting some decent pictures and profile text first or is that too much of a chore

Absolutely!
When we see someone has multiple webcam veris, we assume that's all they're into, so unlikely to turn up to a real meet.
So guys, forget webcam veris. Make an effort and - when allowed - get yourselves out on the scene. |

Absolutely!

If they joined in the last year maybe having only webcam verification is a good thing. |

So someone goes on cam for 2 minute and is really nice so gets a verification to say he’s genuine
I personally don’t think that’s a good verification - doesn’t mean the man is genuine, or would show for a meet, that he smells nice or dresses well for the meet.
All it means is that someone from that profile showed up on cam for a few minutes
I wouldn’t accept a web verification if I was meeting someone |

Why the shouting status??
Rather than shouting about being judged why not just calm down and take another read?
No one is judging you. Why not take a look at yourself and your profile, see if the comments are justifiable, and if they are accurate change how you approach this site.
