This might be of interest to some of the forum members.
I live in Jamaica for most of the year, and go to Hedonism 2 fairly regularly. On their website, they offer a discount to serving and ex members of the US and Canadian forces. I spoke with them and inquired why this discount could not be applied to UK forces and veterans. They agreed that this was possible and could be done. My immediate problem was that as a veteran as opposed to our North American cousins, we had no means of readily identifying ourselves on arriving at the venue. This problem has now been solved by the issue of the veterans card, and current serving members can use your MOD 90. Any discount is worth having, especially at this venue where it is quite expensive.
Hope this will help some visit my beautiful country and enjoy this venue. |
