Heading to Newcastle in a couple of weeks for the weekend, and looking for recommendations for places to eat and drink (no dives), and places with decent Karaoke (already know of Howlers)

Head up dean st and up Grey st..loads of good bars and restaurants there..fantastic city for food and drink.

Iam a P/T backing track singer so tend to keep away from anywhere that they have singers on..enjoy the city
