So many friends are ill or gone already.

Time to put my big boy pants on. Drink less alcohol, drink more water… cut back on fizzy drinks.

Less horrid meat, just good lean stuff.

Find out what fruit, veg and salad are.

Time to use a gym or find other ways of exercising.
