What is the best way for newbies who are trying to remain discreet to get started in swinging. We are concious of hurting eachother unintentionally and want to open up slowly but get very very nervous when actually doing anything! Any advice help or even couples willing to help we are open to  |

Start off with a social meet then agree if you go further with someone keep it too soft play only from there you will both know what boundaries are too be set out. |

Talk to each other about comfort levels and what you want to try. Maybe start with a same room, no swap meet. See how you feel being naked and intimate around others without crossing the swapping line. |
