Does anyone have any recommendations for nudist beaches in the UK we’re looking at uk places for 2026. Previously we’ve used the beaches and nudist areas in Fuerteventura. Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated. |

"Studland in Dorset is by far the best we’ve found. Amazing sands, great dunes and highly sexually charged atmosphere. A horny time is guaranteed and maybe a little action too. "

"Not been there ourselves but Pedn Vounder beach in Cornwall seems to be on a few people's radar."
Pedn Vounder is a truly stunning beach with more of a casual nudist vibe. It is a small cove, it is very tricky to climb down to from the cliff. There is a mix of nudists and holiday makers generally and you can't really avoid anyone because of the size.
Highly recommended but don't expect to be able to play there if that's what you're looking for |

Slapton, or more precisely Strete Gate. We love it.
Car park, toilets, cafe. No dunes, it’s a northern end of a famous shingle beach backed by a cliff at this part. Not much cover unless you hug the cliff base in the foliage which often smells of pee - choose your position carefully if you don’t want to be out in the open.
Dogs allowed. Safe swimming in clear water. Both sometimes gives voyeuristic textiles an excuse for a walk along the foreshore or paddle or motor past. We’ll sometimes sail our boat round and moor up.
Prude nudes near the car park, then active couples then gay guys at the end.
We take a sun shelter, large windbreak, a picnic and walk half way. Then enjoy being naked, the quiet, the unique light and our cameras. We’ll usually turn on ‘FADAR’ to play guess the fellow Fabsters. That can sometimes be unexpectedly sociable, other times we have to tell persistent single guys to f@ck off. Standard for every couple there.
Spoilt since Covid by beach wild campers who don’t clean up. There’s a very basic naturist friendly farm camp site on the edge of Strete village above. Walking distance but a big climb back.
A magical place far more chilled than Studland. Don’t forget plenty of shade, water and sunscreen, it gets ridiculously hot on a sunny summer day.

Studland for us by far,we leave at 6,30 am and always park on ferry road no problem btw always park in the direction of traffic as some get tickets if not ,been going there for years ,has great dunes,sand ,and beach ,enjoy |

We've had some wonderful times at Fairlight and the walk from nearby Shearbarn camp site in Barley Lane is sensational. |

Again another vote for Studland. Especially if you like to see a well used and vibrant nude beach. It's lovely to see loads of people out enjoying the beach and sea clothes and care free. Lovely beach, no jelly fish, nice water to swim in. Its just a great beach, with great atmosphere in a nice part of the world.
However if your looking for seclusion there are many very quiet beaches around the UK and they don't need to be a designated naturist beach. Remember it's not illegal to be naked in the UK. So any beach chosen with a bit of common sense and sensitivity can be a nude beach. Obviously any beach you choose to be specifically very quiet fits the bill as a commonsense place to be nude. |

One beach the Ex and I often went to was what everyone called an un-official beach. Forgotten the name of it now but it was about 20 mins north of Gt Yarmouth. The beach itself was all clothed families but behind it were dunes. First part was couples for couples. Then the next part was for gay and couples looking for men. We always went to the next and find a discreet dune to go into. Set up our wind breaker and get naked on our towels. Always had many asking to rub tan oil on her and then giving her more than just the lotion. |
