Just back from a lovely day at Studland, is it just me or are there loads more wasps, we've never seen so many. Is it better to sit in the dunes for wasp free sunbathing?

Must be the season us and other beach goers were getting attacked every few mins!

near Swindon

We were there on Friday and Saturday. Not loads but one persistent one both days. We were on the beach so very careful what food or drinks we left open

Back again next Monday for a few days - hoping the sun holds

St Albans

was at Studland a few weeks ago and had a bottle of champagne in my hand celebrating my birthday when a wasp landing on said hand and decided to sting me. Dropped the bottle and watched half the contents disappear into the sand!...not a happy bunny!!!!

Notts

Unfortunately the warmer weather seems to be encouraging more wasps every year. And they seem to be getting bigger.
