I have been told that if there are 2 squiggle lines outside a door it means that the woman inside is horny, is there any truth to that?

the lines are apparently on the public footpath outside their gate, something to do with husbands at the football and the wife is at home alone looking for some fun, only heard about it happening in London so wondered if it was true or just a load of bull
