You might want to look at trying a club - Chameleons would be a good option and the may have something on for Halloween too. Or depending where you're staying, Liberty Elite will have Love to Party on the Friday - if you go on the list you don't have to join the club as you'll be the host's guest.

Possibly as well as the good club scene Birmingham area offers some parties may be hosted when you are visiting so keep a lookout in meets section for west midlands
