Hey guys! I'm an Irish student and I'm travelling to San Diego later this month as part of a summer long exchange.. So far I'm struggling to find work and what I wanna know is if the locals could give me some ideas or pointers on where to look but more importantly areas in which to avoid which may be dangerous.. I find San Diego a generally safe city. And a wonderful city too and spend a fair amount of time there. It's a fairly expensive city to live in, so research accommodation before you arrive. There is some public transportation that allows getting around to be easier - local buses as well as trains, where you can travel up to LA, and places en route etc, and local services, for shorter distance rides.
Do lots and lots of research before leaving home, so that you're certain of where you're going, living etc. |
