Hi all,
I'm looking to find somewhere to go for Christmas and through New year that will offer both fun and maybe some site seeing.
I've not been to the states previously so any tips on the scene there, and in particular New York area, over this period particularly and options for clubs, parties and potential meets with the locals, would be hugely appreciated.

So in New York is the scene quite big and are there a lot of clubs or is it mainly parties there?
Also are single males welcomed at the parties and clubs?
