I was just wondering has anyone been to one before? If not is there any free services that can help during these times, or once lock down is over?

trouble most likely, or creating it :)

It varies from area to area... and there are many charities that normally help but no groups are running currently as far as I am aware ans all therapy is virtual.

Doctors can out you forward for free counselling but it can take time.

Samaritans will always help too..

Sue ryder charity. Mind.org to name a few.

West Yorkshire

I’m not sure if they’ll quite cover what you are looking for specifically but I would recommend the Compassionate Friends.

I'm sure if you google your local area or ask your GP, they will know of groups/ services to help you.
