We get world wise news on it and it seems the UK, France and Spain are all at the same level of new infections and Germany & Italy not far behind its looknig like who ever is in charge its gone to shit. |

They were showing Madrid on the news yesterday. They showed the Dutch prime minister making a tv statement and of course today they mentioned France.
But apart from that, nope no coverage at all about other countries. |

Europe is having problems, many countries, including those who did well earlier, such as the Czech Republic and Germany, seeing rises. Short news will just cover exceptional events and the USA is exceptional as the worst in the world as well as having their election in 3 weeks.
I think you have to stray from TV news to get fuller details |

It might not appear in your daily tv update when we have enough going on here but there is plenty being reported on the news channels on other countries on the web... France, Germany, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Spain to name a few |

We generally get very little "non-domestic" news, the people in the uk are generally more concerned about things that directly effect them than the things that don't. Even major international disasters are only reported in any detail if there are British people involved.

I thought this until yesterday when I saw a roundup of what was going on in other European countries lol I’m sure they are trying to keep quiet about what’s going on elsewhere |

I’d certainly be interested in a lot more reporting from Asia, particularly Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, where there seems to be a strong suggestion everything’s well under control (yes SARS etc). Countries with limited resources making tracing work would be educational. |
