What I still don't understand is how it's northern territory getting out in to tier 3, and how the stats show that we have the higher cases but when you look at our high Street, they are empty and the few people there are wearing masks.
Whereas London has a denser population, evidence and pictures of londoners not following advice and a higher number of people using public transport. It baffles me. |

But the pubs aren't shut. They can be open to serve drink if accompanying a meal.
Conclusion: The virus is too frightened to go near food so you can't get infected in a pub selling food.
You can't meet in a private garden but you can meet in a group of six in the street.
Conclusion: The virus is intelligent enough to be able to count and is afraid of the public highway.
Previously pubs had to close at 10pm to stop the spread of the virus.
Conclusion: The virus only comes out after dark.
Only get tested if you are showing symptoms. If you have no symptoms do not get tested to avoid putting strain on the system.

Earlier Boris was complaining that he couldn't afford to live on his MPs salary of £150,000 pounds.He is happy however for those on minimum wage to live on 67% of their income.
Just for the record, someone on minimum wage would need to work in excess of 330 hours per week to make what Boris gets paid. Oh and by the way if you take into account a 7 day week.....24x7=168 hours.

South had far lower infections when schools
Opened so we had the buffer. First wave hit us first and then north so we had progressed further. Had schools in the north gone back three weeks later I suspect you would have the infection rates you have got. |

Sad for the hundreds of thousands of kids with not enough to eat yes, sad for the millions of people not getting the healthcare they need due to a decade of cuts yes, sad for hundreds and thousands of special needs kids who are out of the system as education funding has been decimated yes.

What do expect when Andy Burnham and others at his press conference on national TV stand proximately 18 inches apart and even closer at times.
That shows the residents of Greater Manchester it is OK for them to ignore social distancing. The man doesn't have the brains he was born with. |
