Today 8th November we started Pfizer/BioNtech vaccinations in UK.
But we are not the first in the world:
. In June Russia approved the use of their "Sputnik V” vaccine and has since agreed to send it to Argentina, Brazil, India, Mexico, & Venezuela. In October they also approved “EpiVacCorona”.
. China approved the use of “Ad5” in June, and “Sinovac” in July.
. And Dubai, where they always want to be first in everything, they have approved deploying the Chinese vaccine "Sinopharm" since September.

FYI, Sinophsrm is the name of the pharmaceutical company and not the name of the vaccine. |

I (almost, with one slight difference) agree with the Daily Mail's pride on this one.
A vaccine developed in Germany by the children of Turkish immigrants, made in Belgium and quickly tested and authorised here in Britain before the first jab was administered by an NHS nurse (who looked to be of Asian origin)
