Apparently you can get more flu like symptoms with the second dose but it's just your immune system working. I know a few people who felt unwell after their first dose but it only lasted a day. | |||

The wife was told to take paracetamol 12hrs before right through until the day after from one of the nurses that give the jabs, she's going to give it a try on her next one Saturday. "Good advice | |||

"Not yet. And I'm way down on the priority list to receive the vaccine. I believe I can't even request it from my GP. Anyway I'm in no rush I guess. But when I do get it I'm insisting on the Pfeizer Vaccine. I've no idea why the Irish government are administering 3 different types of vaccines "Because where Irish, 3rd times the charm no? After having the jab yesterday my arm is a little bit sore, but no worse than from when I get the flu vaccine.
I have no sickness or other side effects.

"Had mine last month, 38.5 of fever and soreness to the arm. Fever gone the morning after, soreness last three days but was negligeable Aww don't tell me that Everyone is different, paracetamol, if you can take them, will help with any side effects x

But iv gone from my GP telling me on Monday in not high risk enough for the vaccine to shield as you are extremely high risk and come now the vaccine in 4 days!  | |||
