What’s everyone’s thoughts on ADE / PP? Most fabbers appear to have already had, or are keen to get, their COVID vaccine, so presumably don’t anticipate it’ll be much of a problem...?

Here's a good article on the topic. ADE occurs in natural diseases so is a risk with being infected by certain diseases anyway and we have zero evidence that the Covid vaccines will induce this. They have been designed specifically to avoid this (by using the spike protein in its pre-fusion conformation rather than the form that exists post-binding to human cells).
