I have been asked to self isolate since Monday as I had been in contact with a positive case at work. I got checked out today and was negative but still think it wise to stay away from others atm |

Who asked you?
If Track and Trace called you then thee is a legal requirement.
If it was the App then delete it and be sensible (ie does it stack up?) - far too many false kings on that POS.
