I threw at Covid a load of Luzozade, Cola, bed rest, ibuprofen, paracetamol, sweet and salty snacks, Netflix, Amazon Video, multivitamins, Extra vitamin B complex, C and D, magnesium and iron.
Tested negative on the lateral flow and went back to work. The last time I had any flu or cold or virus that bad was 2018. I'm triple-jabbed for overseas travel and get about 7 hours of exercise a week. Age 41 next week.
I don't have any physical co-morbidities apart from having a high BMI. |

Also day 3 of Covid, thankfully over the worst I think (I was given anti viral meds as clinically vulnerable) Have spent entirely too much time on fab haha |
