Guys you know any treatment for premature ejaculations, my mate went to 100+ doctors to fix this. He said he is cumming in less then 30sec. What can he do? |

Perhaps a different Doctor could evaluate him, referring as appropriate. Otherwise, he'd need to provide the details of all these appointments, as we're currently in a blind position, knowing almost nothing about him |

Premature ejaculation can be caused by a broad range of causes, physical or psychological. The assessment of a good andrologist is important to identify (or at least rule out) the most relevant causes and to choose the best therapy. Sometimes treatment can be surgical, other times exercised and medications can help (as mentioned, Dapoxitine is the main drug with this indication). Hope that helps |
