Gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HPV (throat and penis cancer), HSV (herpes).
And no, the chance of getting these is not less, specially the bacterial ones like Gonorrhea, those are pretty easy to catch. And now these have become more resistant to antibiotics.

(I'm proper chuckling at the 'hi' and 'hey sexy' in a thread about STDs.)
Pretty much all of them can be transmitted orally to some degree. The risk of transmission is lower with the mouth and digestive system being considerably less hospitable than the reproductive areas, but the risk does exist 💜 |

"What virus/sti etc can you contract from getting unprotected blowies?"
The chances of getting STIs through unprotected oral is minute. Just take sensible precautions, ie don’t go down on someone new straight after brushing your teeth… avoid oral sex altogether if you have a mouth ulcer, however small, etc. |

OK, not minute, but is far less risky than other kinds of sex. |
