OK, this is a little embarrassing.
I just can't come from normal intercourse. Whether I'm with the wife or anyone else, I can bang on for hours without coming. The only way I come is from a long hand job session.
As much as my partner appreciated the extended session, I'd love to be able to come with her, or at least without manual stimulation...

Are you on any medication. , like for anxiety or depression or severe pain.
I ask because I am on extremely strong medication for back pain and also strong medication for anxiety and paranoia issues and I struggle to cum. , I can last from 30minutes to 90 minutes when have sex I run out of energy before I cum |

I've never been able to cum easily, through sex or anything. However the fact that you can cum from a long hand job suggests you probably need to lie back and relax whether that's sex, oral or a hand job.
The main advice from me is to just learn to enjoy long sessions - sex is still amazing even if you don't cum. Hopefully she's understanding and will go along for the very long ride. |

Wanking, maybe a couple of times a week and I don't watch porn at all - would much rather take part than watch...
In my youth I could have prolonged sex sessions of 5 or 6 hours. As I've got older, the stamina has gone and I tend to give up after an hour or two... So frustrating lol. |

For the people who can’t, or do too easily. Ejaculation is all driven by the un conscious mind.
I recommend hypn osis. Can’t spell it - it’s a blocked word.
Happy to provide details of an online audio script for either problem. Weirdly, I’ve used both and found both effective. It’s a fine line, and letting your un conscious mind control it is easy. |

Have you got a lot going on? Is there a lot on your mind? That can genuinely cause issues with cumming. Anxiety meds like Citalopram are well known for causing delays too. Don't allow it to go on for too long without seeking help mate. The longer you leave it the longer it'll play on your mind  |

As I said I've always taken my time coming... When I was younger and had the stamina, it wasn't a problem because I could go for hours (Used to run 3 or 4 marathons a week too). These days, the lack of stamina means I give up before I've finished.
Maybe I'm looking at this from the wrong end... maybe I should take up marathon running again and build that stamina back up. |

Had similar throughout life.
Now though I think a lot is to do with stamina and not in the right headspace. And then U worry about it causing a bit more anxiety.
Going through very similar to yourself right now.
D*unk plenty of fluids... Lots of foreplay towards U and try to calm the head.
Where recently within 12 months I was able to have quickies many times a week then boom. This delayed ejeculation thing where great at the beginning is now a tiny concern. I can keep U posted if my personal progress if U like. |
