I'm a very up and down person, struggle this time of year but working hard at coping better. Just find it sad we as men dont talk about things, been in the darkest places before so a kind words to someone is sometimes enough to help and support them. Lost my cousin to suicide, so just want to spread a little love and brighten someone day, small changes. Thanks for the kind messages |

Can I suggest trying Andys Man Club. It's a safe space for men to gather and talk.
They're national, and I have male friends who highly recommend going to them.
Maybe they'll be a useful resource for someone on this thread.
